The Uttar Pradesh Bar Council has invited online applications for the declaration process for advocates enrolled after July 2010. Advocates who are enrolled in the Uttar Pradesh Bar Council after July 2010 are required to fill out the Declaration Form 2016. Eligibility Criteria
- Eligibility for Declaration:
- Advocates enrolled in the Uttar Pradesh Bar Council after July 2010 must submit the Declaration Form.
- Ineligible for Declaration:
- Advocates enrolled before July 2010 are not required to submit the Declaration Form.

- Open the Apply Online Declaration Form.
- Enter Your Basic Information to generate login details.
- Login Page:
- Use the login credentials received via SMS/Email during registration.
- Upload Required Documents and complete the form.
- Print the Declaration Form once submitted.
Order Details
The Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh resolved in its meeting on 23 July 2016 to request submission of the Declaration Form from advocates enrolled after July 2010. Advocates are required to fill out the Declaration Form according to the Rules of 2005.

- Two passport-size photographs should be attached to the application form.

There are more than 1,00,000 advocates on the rolls of the Uttar Pradesh State Bar Council. The Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh works to:
- Admit new advocates to the roll.
- Maintain the list of registered advocates.
- Address cases of misconduct against registered advocates.
- Safeguard the rights, privileges, and interests of advocates.
- Promote law reforms and conduct seminars and talks by eminent jurists.
The Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh will circulate the Declaration Form format to all Bar Associations. Advocates can download the form from the Bar Council of India’s website or submit it directly to the Uttar Pradesh State Bar Council through their respective Bar Association.
Additional Information
Advocates enrolled after July 2010 must also fill out the Advocate Verification Forms as per the Rules of 2015. Advocates are required to mention whether they have passed the A.I.B.E. in the Declaration Form.
