Short Information:

The Uttar Pradesh Social Welfare Department has issued a notification and guidelines for scholarships available from Class 9 to Class 12 in Uttar Pradesh. Candidates who wish to fill out the scholarship application can submit the online form through the official portal.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Domicile: Must be a domicile of Uttar Pradesh.
  • Enrollment: Must be enrolled in a school, college, institution, or university.
  • For Pre-Matric (Class 9-10): Must have passed Class 8 and enrolled in Class 9 or 10.
  • For Post-Matric (Class 11-12): Must have passed Class 10 and enrolled in Class 11 or 12.
  • For Other UG/PG/Diploma/Certificate Courses: Must be enrolled in any eligible course.

  • Caste Certificate
  • Income Certificate
  • Bank Passbook
  • Fee Receipt Number
  • Annual Non-Refundable Amount
  • Enrollment Number
  • Aadhar Card Number
  • Latest Passport-sized Photo (Scanned)

For Renewal Candidates:

  • Use the last year’s registration number to log in to the renewal section and enter the fresh details.

How to Apply

1. Fresh Candidates:

  • Candidates who have newly enrolled in Class 9, 10, 11, or 12 (High School / Intermediate) for the 2020-2021 academic year must apply as fresh candidates.

2. Renewal Candidates:

  • Candidates who are already enrolled in a school/college and have applied for the scholarship last year must renew their application.

Important Steps:

  • Ensure you collect all required documents before applying online.
  • If you’re unsure about the non-refundable amount, check your fee receipt or contact your institution for clarification.
  • Submit your completed form to the concerned school/college within 3 days of completing the online application.
  • Aadhar Card is compulsory for the Scholarship Application 2020-21.
