Vaccination Eligibility for Citizen Phase I
- Age Eligibility: Indian citizens aged 12+ years can register for the COVID-19 vaccine.
- Post-Vaccination: After receiving the vaccine, you will need to stay for 30 minutes at the vaccination center for observation.
- Vaccine Certificate: You can obtain your vaccination certificate through Digilocker, Arogya Setu App, and the Co-Win portal. You can also download it from these platforms.
Registration Process
- Registration Limit: You can register up to 4 people on one mobile number.
- OTP Verification: After entering your details, you will receive an OTP on your mobile number for verification.
- Provide ID Proof: You will need to provide your photo ID type and number, name, and date of birth during the registration process.
- Schedule Appointment: Once registered, you can choose your nearest State, District, and Block to book the vaccination slot.
- Visit the Vaccination Center: On the date and time of your appointment, visit the vaccination center to receive the vaccine.
