- Saharayan Universal Multipurpose Society Limited (Bhopal)

Step 1: Visit Official Website
Go to mocrefund.crcs.gov.in
Step 2: Depositor Registration
Click on Depositor Registration, enter the last 4 digits of your Aadhaar and your mobile number.
Step 3: Depositor Login
Login using Aadhaar + Mobile and verify via OTP.
Step 4: Fill Personal Details
Enter:
- Name
- Date of Birth
- Father’s Name
- Aadhaar Number
- PAN (if applicable)
Step 5: Provide Deposit Details
Add information about your deposits and upload proof documents.
Step 6: Submit and Upload Documents
Submit the form and then upload:
- Signed Claim Form (Downloaded PDF)
- Recent Passport Size Photo
- Signature
